The Gelada di Tuenno Valley is a lateral valley of the Santa Maria Flavona Valley. About 2 km after Lake Tóvel, on the road for the Malga Flavona, on the right and going west is the Dena path, no. 312, which climbs up between the Livezza Grande and Livezza Piccola peaks as far as the upper part of the Gelada di Tuenno Valley.

The path then intersects the Palete path which you take as far as a fork, where you take path 380 westwards. From this point the path is equipped with fixed rope supports and it is a hard and demanding climb up to the Gelada Valley Pass; on the way the path meets the Costanzi path, to the south of the Sasso Alto peak. Carrying on southwards you come to the Bocca dei Tre Sassi pass..
