The highest point is
Rifugio Selvata. Fantastic circular itinerary around Val delle Seghe. Starting
from Pradel, you get to Malga Tovre. Once here walk down along the grass meadows to the path leading to Rifugio
Croz dell'Altissimo. Walk up to Rifugio Selvata, crossing the torrent and
following path NR 340. From Rifugio Selvata follow the sign Malga Andalo: a
passage along a rocky wall is the most challenging part of this excursion (it is
however pretty easy). You will then reach Malga Andalo along a beautiful path in
the woods. The flora is nice and consists of several alpine species. To go back
to Molveno follow the forest road to Ponte Romano-Molveno

Follow Itinerary “c” to the fork 352-344.
The go right to Pizzo Gallino following path NR 352. After the Coei meadows (one
of the highest pastures in Molveno area, where in the past hay was cut for
forage), turn right following path NR 353, which
leads to Malga Dagnola Alta. Here turn right to the Pradel huts, taking
the Andalo path NR. 10. After Tovo Vallon, the path goes southwards to the Golf
Club and cuts through path NR 1, which leads to Maso Cadin and to the forest
nursery. It then arrives to the Valbiole parking
space. If you follow itinerary “g” backwards,
you will get to Molveno.

This is a rather
difficult excursion in a wild and beautiful setting. You have to go up Passo
Clamer (2163m) and Passo Dagnola (2140m). Once you arrive at Rifugio Croz turn
right and take path NR 322 and then NR 344 (crossroads near the torrent). Along
the spurs of Croz dell’Altissimo you will reach Passo Clamer, characterised by
large masses, curiously placed one on the other. Here you can either turn right
and reach the Cross on top of Croz dell’Altissimo and then go back to Palon de
Tovre,

Montanara and Pradel; or
you can go down along the path NR 344. After 20 minutes you will reach the
splendid and solitary plateau of Malga Spora (the whole area is covered by
bilberry shrubs, while ground-hog signal out the arrival of trekkers, to defend
their dens). If you continue south-eastwards, you can go down to AndaloSelva
Piana along path NR 301. If you follow path NR 353, you will ascend the very
steep slope of Passo Dagnola. From here and in just 20 minutes you will be able
to reach the top of Pizzo Gallino along a path on rocks and meadows. From Passo
Dagnola you can go down to the Coei meadows. From here you will return to Pradel
